My name is Zack Barnard and I’ve been in the Bodybuilding and Supplement Industry for the last 24 years. I got my first job in a local sports nutrition store when I was 16yrs old and began my competition journey at 17. I competed at teen nationals when I was nineteen, placing 3rd in the LHWT class and did several NPC Texas shows in the Open class by the time I was 20. I turned Pro through Muscle Mania when I was 21 and competed in several other Natural Pro organizations over the years.
I have helped many athletes reach a high level of competition at both Team Universe and Muscle Mania as well as the average guy who simply wants to drop 20lbs. My experience also goes beyond bodybuilding as I was a college strength coach for 6 years and owned a CrossFit for three. I have personally used just about every diet strategy out there, and have come to learn that everyone is different. Through trial and error you have to find the best approach for you. Everything from meal frequency to food choices can vary from person to person. My goal as a coach is to help those find that perfect fit that not only produces results, but is a lifestyle that they can manage on an everyday basis. I’ve learned that nothing is sustainable unless you enjoy it, and that the results from goal setting must match the sacrifices someone makes to achieve those goals. As I have recently turned 40 I am at a place in my life that I want to help others reach their goals and pass along the information I have accumulated over the last 24 years.

This is the plan recommended for the person who wants the appropriate changes made as your body progresses. This plan is a good fit for those looking to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle for the long term and also Off-Season competitors who are seeking continued monitoring but more in a mass building or maintenance phase. You will check in with me every two weeks to review how your training and eating has been going and to assess “what’s next” and continue to progress.

This is for those athletes or individuals who have a specific look and goal in mind and who need to achieve a certain look on a certain date. Weekly check-ins are made and all emails and texts are answered in a timely manner. This truly takes out all of the guess work and second guessing with your diet.
We will go over any aspect of training, diet, cardio, or supplementation. It’s your time to ask whatever questions you need to know.
I was doing exercises and diets but was not seeing the results I was looking for.That is when I talked to Zack and he helped me find the right routine that works for me. I am now very satisfy with my results.
If you asked me 5 years ago if I believe I can look like this, i would have say “no way”… but Zack helped me every step of the way, helping me no only with his experience and knowledge but also being an inspiration for me, today I am an inspiration for others.
