Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed on business days (Monday - Friday) will ship within 24 hours of the next business day. Business days do not reflect weekends or US Public Holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship the following non-US Public Holiday business day. If your order is placed during a US Public Holiday it will ship the next business day. 

IMPORTANT: During sale events, processing times will be slightly affected. Please allow 2-3 extra days for processing

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

While we do our best to stay on top of Customs laws in major shipping destinations, there are simply too many countries around the world with laws that change on a regular basis. It is your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order. If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we can give you a full refund minus shipping and return shipping (if applicable) costs when we receive the package back. Unfortunately, if your package is seized and destroyed we're not able to offer a refund.

Please note that you are responsible for any import duties, including those that may be collected upon delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Line One Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Please ensure that you have entered a valid shipping address where products can be delivered securely.
